AMS, Inc. is prepared to provide effective and

Our staff works standard office hours (8AM to 5PM CST). Each staff
person is member-oriented and trained to handle callers professionally
and courteously. Mail (both electronic and U.S. postal service) is
retrieved and processed on a daily basis. AMS produces newsletters,
membership directories, annual reports, job bank information, web
pages, and other membership publications as required. AMS has strong
relationships with local vendors providing cost savings and fast
production deadlines for clients in the event we are unable to produce
the product in-house. AMS staff has experience dealing with hotel
staff and caterers for special events. Additionally, YOUR
ORGANIZATION'S board services, including conference calls,
webinars, and board meeting arrangements, can be easily supported.

AMS procedures and software can easily

utilize other software if preferred by YOUR ORGANIZATION.
Our system is very flexible, allowing for customized frequency,
method, content type, format, etc. for each client. We are proficient at engaging
members in dual contact modes where members with an e-mail address
receive information electronically and those
without by post-- saving YOUR ORGANIZATION postal fees.
AMS office policies and procedures require that staff acknowledge all
payments with the appropriate letter, packet, e-mail (etc.)
within five business days.
