Lamar Evans is the President and CEO of Association Management Systems, Inc. He founded the company in October 1986. He has served as the Park and Recreation Director for the City of Jackson, Mississippi, as well as an assistant to an elected official. He has extensive experience in broadcast journalism, experience in personnel recruitment, hiring, training and supervision, financial management, and membership recruitment and retention. He is primarily responsible for board and committee communications and task management. He also researches and writes publications for many of the organizations under AMS management. His capabilities include the development of efficient and effective organization and administrative structures, operating procedures, budget development, program concepts, and staffing plans. He also possesses many years of experience in conference organization and management. He has experience and skills in administrative structure design and monitoring, financial plan development and management, and board and committee structure revisions. Mr. Evans received his Bachelor's of Science degree from the University of Southern Mississippi in Hattiesburg, MS. He has a strong interest in sustainability, and in 2007, he founded the National Renewable Energy Association. 

Kelly Evans is a Corporate Officer and Director of Account Services for Association Management Systems, Inc. She has more than 20 years experience in association management work. Kelly earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from the University of Southern Mississippi. Previously she served as the media director for Gordon, Marks and Company Advertising Agency in Jackson, MS. Prior to that, she served as Advertising Director for the Mississippi Press Association. Her responsibilities for the clients that AMS currently serves include: continuing education program implementation, internal and external marketing and promotions, board. She served as a commissioner for the International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET) based in Washington, DC. for two consecutive three year terms.

Teddi B. Sisemore, MBA is an Account Manager for AMS. Teddi has over eighteen years of administrative, organizational, and service-oriented experience. Teddi’s attention to detail and her ability to apply analytical problem-solving while concentrating on customer satisfaction allows for exceptional delivery of quality to clients. Teddi completes many  essential managerial tasks. She serves in quality control and event planning. She earned her Bachelor's of Arts in Psychology in May 2007 and her Master's of Business Administration in May 2009 from the University of Southern Mississippi.

Tina Ignatiev is an Account Manager. She is a Mississippi School for Mathematics & Science alumna. Tina’s previous experience includes fundraising at the University of Southern Mississippi's Annual Giving Program where funds quintupled as she earned her B.A. in Literature magna cum laude. She joined the AMS team in May 2007 to serve The Carpenter's Helper. Although her responsibilities include membership management, convention & fundraiser planning, advertisement sales, bookkeeping, payment processing, and troubleshooting software, her position is evolving to focus on web development and implementation of programs using new technology. Her interests include conservation, and Tina has helped several of our clients move to a paperless membership system as well as working with AMS staff to alter procedures and consumption.

Chuck Junek III, JD, CPA, PhD provides bookkeeping, client payroll, and legal services to AMS and client associations.

Llana Wallace is the most recent addition to the AMS team, working as an Account Manager to several different clients. One of her main focuses will be homeowner association clients, striving to provide productive meetings and satisfactory resolutions to homeowners and their board representatives.
Llana has over twenty years in administrative support, human resources, customer relations, document design, and organizational experience.

Toni Lee handles client order fulfillment, office mail and distribution, inventory, and membership services for various AMS clients. Toni comes to us from Florida with a background in customer services and administrative office support.
