Membership

Not every organization can experience growth every year. The economy, mergers, changes in member needs, resources set aside for recruitment and retention; these are just a few of the factors that impact an organization’s growth.

However, AMS believes that there are steps any organization can take to maximize its growth potential. One of the most cost effective growth tools is the retention of existing members. AMS specializes in development and execution of successful membership retention plans. Remember, when you lose a member you must recruit two more to grow.  Other membership growth tools include quickly responding to requests for membership information, developing accurate lists of prospects, creating persuasive brochures, informational literature and web sites, focusing efforts through strong membership campaigns, and more.

Communications and Publications

AMS believes that membership communications are critical in all areas of association success. We have the ability to create, publish and distribute your member communication devices. Our staff can produce full-color printed documents (including conference programs and membership directories), upgrade your web site, and create newsletters, blast e-mails, and membership recruitment material.

Financial Management

There is nothing more important to us and to our clients than the professional, accurate, and responsible management of your finances. AMS will help your group develop and monitor an annual budget, generate accurate, timely financial statements and work with outside accountants for annual audits and tax returns.

Conferences, Seminars and Trade Shows

We can handle whatever your group's meeting requirements are. Tell us where you want to go, and we’ll give you options. Tell us in what activities you want the group to participate, and we can facilitate it. Tell us if you want the event to be memorable, and we'll supply programming options. Not only can AMS handle your meeting needs, we can likely help you save money by controlling expenses and using the collective buying power of our clients. Strategic Planning

AMS believes that an association can truly grow (in membership, services, and financial stability) if it has a strong plan for the future. We will work closely with your Board of Directors to facilitate the strategic planning process, and once goals are established, will help you develop an action plan -- and then assist in implementation!
